There are numerous Trusts and Government Schemes that provide financial support to needy cancer patients. However, most patients are not aware about it. At Utsaah we guide the patients on where, when and how to apply for financial aid and assist them to prepare the necessary documents for their application. We provide free phone, fax and email facilities to communicate with their relatives in the village to get the necessary documents required, as they have left their village in haste to get to Mumbai as quickly as possible. This ensures that their treatment is not interrupted due to delay in compliance of the application process for funds.
        We provide interim emergency funding for needy patients so that their treatment is not hampered, and assist them to get the necessary funding as soon as possible.
